Thank you for your question! You can get in touch with your supervisor as soon as possible. But the fact is that supervisors have been given their supervisees' contact details, so that they can contact them first. But I think it is not a problem if you initiate the first contact with your supervisor!
Unfortunately, I am still waiting for 7 students to provide me with their email addresses so that I can forward them to their supervisors. Also, if there are any students who have not yet been contacted by their supervisors and would like to initiate the first contact, then please post your name on here ( as Marwa Hajjem did) or email me on abhamzaoui@yahoo.co.uk and I will send you your supervisor's details. The students are:

The following is a list of the students who have not been authorised by their supervisors to validate their internship this week. Their reports will not be validated for Thursday's presentations. These students will be assigned another supervisor for the next 2 weeks. Students have to contact Head of Department on Tuesday morning, or email me at abhamzaoui@yahoo.co.uk. I will not deal with queries by phone. The list may not include 2 or 3 students who are enrolled but never showed up. The students are:
